My best pvp moment was during the last season.

We met some french guild. We couldn't kill them cause they had a rt we couldn't kill either. So, we went to vOd, they had constant moral, we had around -25 average. So we decided to gank. Only 2 monks and 2 warriors left. So our 2 monks bodyblocked their entrance gate while me and another warrior were killing the lord. They finally sent someone back when their lord was on 50 hp left. So it died, lmao.

Another good moment :

Facing Sir Coversman guild in scarred earth back in the days.
I don't know but they simply stood near the obelisk. So we decided to wait a little and simply spike those who will be out of the wards. We couldn't go in cause they had loads of aoe. So we managed to kill their warrior once and their mesmer 4 times cause that noob overextended a lot. So basically he dies, got res and dies again. When they had no more res sig, we went in and started to fight them and won quite easily. That game lasted 35 minutes at least cause they didn't move at all except to spike 2 of us.
Then we faced the other team and had another long fight 20 minutes at least yithout taking a death.

My favorite moment was when i won hall of heroes for the first time. I was rank 2 in a rank 6+ pug, but the leader was nice to let me in...i was monking too. We won twice and since it was 3:00 in the morning on a school night i had to go.

Another favorite was my first time winning halls under my name. Kicked [DOGS] out but then they came back wins later and beat us by using the bug that allowed the Ghostly Hero to get off the alter. They went and hid it way back on one of the sides of HoH map and just body blocked us and the other team. We were all like: "WTF, where's the F****** HERO!!!???"

Being on TV for the first was also a nice moment.

Running a Mo/A build in RA with Healing Light, Return, and Heart of Shadow. It was hilarious to just backup and let all the touch rangers, warriors, assasins get near you and then cripple them. It stopped Ele Spikes on me also and got me my last two points of my first Glad title.

Hrmm,I guess theres four main pvp moments in my mind.
In, I think consecutive order--

One: Winning Halls my first time as a R2 (in what I found out later was i think at the time a R8-9 group, at least 6-9 - still have the screenie too :P )

Two: After spending weeks raging at the GH having DShot. The following happens:
We are holding alter. Dunno what yellow was, but Red was IWAY. Edge was down. Yellow hero off the altar, our hero alive on the altar. EoE = 1 hit from death. Everyone edges out. Necro brings reds GH, rezzing warriors. Our ghostly drops @ 00:15 IWAYs ghost moves to claim the altar. Begins Claiming @ 00:08. YELLOW GH D-SHOTS AT 00:04. gg.
I never rage at GH DShot anymore.

Three- Winning halls three times under my name with a build I had thrown together that night. (and then getting bitched at by someone in german because they wanted to go to FoW) *see my names for why they talked to me in german*

Four- This happened LAST NIGHT. In halls with a test backlilne. We had won once. Everyone on my team + everyone on red edged out @ 1:30. (Note the time, its important) IWAY brings there ashes rez ranger in. He drops the ashes and rezzes... one necro. 1:00 left. Ranger runs back to the stairs and uses ashes rez again, necro rezzes... the other necro. They all kind of stand around... FINALLY @ 00:15, the ranger gets it in his head and brings his ashes up the altar. Rezzes all the warriors... with ten seconds left. IWAYs ghost hits the altar at 00:02.
Wow.

Minor memories - Beating pRp RSpike in halls as a R3 newb. / Ripping not ONE but TWO blood spikes of the altar in Courtyard. / 5v1 gank fests on burial mounds. / Scaring IWAY so badly on UW as a fake blood spike (real edge bomb) that they turtled and let us double edge them in their spawn. / When IWAY didnt exist.

He was running eoe bomb with Legendary Dryder and the person with light of dwayna started casting light of dwayna early and dryder just started raging at everyone but then after he had gone on his cussing spree the dwayna (perfectly timed) rezzed everyone on the team and everyone was just like... "GG WOW"

Mine was today, I was watching my bro play a good monk build in Ascalon Arena (he won about 60 in a row today, 3 lvl 11's and a lvl 10 ) and he was wanding their warrior since their warrior was one of the last ones left, and the warrior typed outloud "help" before he got wanded to death!

LMAO I was laughing so hard I was crying and I couldn't breathe!

myn was probabbly faces a triple smite group in my friends guild running a pug with 2 lvl 13s and 1 19 :P i was trying to flag run for em. My friend guild runs out there yelling leeroy jeekins and all kinds of crap, then getting killed and me hitting them with the catapult...4 times -_- then they all got mad and said we were [email protected].. i laughed so hard...

Best one I can remember is me in an unranked PUG playing [Lips] and some other random people in halls. Surprisingly, we managed to kill their Ghostly Heroes around the minute mark and we were basically ready to win. Our warrior is gone and I assumed he/she went to get the Ghostly from some nearby place we stashed him away at (no Vent and later I learned, she/he didn't speak english). So at around the 20 second mark I start panicking because red and yellow (other two teams) were almost all dead and we're sitting on the altar looking kinda stupid with no Hero around. The warrior comes running back from this random corner that nobody even came close to the entire match and joins us on the altar. I start screaming in team chat and run as fast as I can back to our base just in time to see that we forgot our Ghostly all the way back at the beginning

. Now I don't ever ever let that stupid ghost out of my sight...

Had a good one the last week-end.

I was holding with Hk Door.

I think it was on our 7th hold out of 9.

We faced and iway and a r9+ pug made of quite good people.
Even if we ran pretty much a holding build, we get owned fast. So we decide to play it recap.
The r9+ pug ( leader Steirermann i think ) caps. Then their ghost dies at about 20 secs for the end.
They had a cg rangerm so they probably thought " Ok, gg, doesn't matter)
BUT our warrior had bull's strike and went pressuring the cg ranger. So the ranger moves and at the moment he should have interrupted for the last time, it gets knock down by our warrior and our hero caps.
2 seconds left.

I was in a group just a few days ago in HA, we got a sweet halls skip. The group was pretty unorganized, So I just decided to bodyblock the blood spike team's ghostly while everyone else focused on the holding team's ghost.

I'm still getting healed and stuff, but doing little more than standing there, wailing on the ghostly with my hammer (I was a thumper).

Anyway, there's about 20 seconds or so on the clock, when b spike realizes i'm the reason their ghostly isn't capping. the holding team's ghostly had been spiked out by b-spike plus the eles on my team....

b spike spikes me. I die. my pet continues to bodyblock for me. We cap. gg.

We decided to make a GvG build with Glyph of Renewal + Unholy Feast with a buddy, this one time. It was purely for fun purposes and it gave me quite a few memorable moments. My all time favorite, was when we dropped 6 people with one spike in the 1st few minutes of the game and they all rage quit, that was actually the very 1st game we ran it. Good times.

One of my favorites PvP moment was in RA. We were losing badly and the
fight went onto a small bridge. When everyone was in a pack, i used
meteor shower and killed all 4 enemies because they were body blocked
on bridge (also used Rodgort while meteor were falling).

One enemies quoted "WTF happened?"

Made my day ^_^

EDIT : Laughing hard at a newb Taint Necro that was tainting Pets instead of
warriors in IWAY. At least learn the basics of your build. Tainted necro isnt only
Tainted.

aww, shoot. cant find the pic.. but i shall tell what happened.

well, it all started when i was stuck on a 2v4 team. two of my people in RA quit before the game started. after the first guy died, (after about 10 minutes of straight healing from me as my monk) they all came for me... funny though, i was set up as a tank monk. (sheild of regen works nicely as a bonder, believe it or not) i held them for 30 MINUTES until all but one quit... heres the conversation:

other guy: whats the point of this, im not gonna leave.
I Heart Pain: (me) for fun.
other guy: well, lets see you have fun while i just sit here.
*i start wanding him, and at 50 or so health he uses healing sig and troll unguent* *hes back at full health*

this continued for ANOTHER 30 minutes, then finally he said:

"i bet i can get something to eat and ill still be alive"
me: "go for it"

5 minutes pass, and im on the last 50 health of killing him.

*starts using healing sig*

me: (oh no.)

*50*

congratualtions to the victorious red team!

right then, i keeled over with laughter, and astonishment, and sadly, i lost my next game. but i laugh every time i think about what happened.

My favorite pvp was durring an alliance battle. It was starting up and a group of "luxons" started shouting "long live the kurzick empire!" and the such. Said they "infiltrated the suxon headcourters" and proceeded to leave.. this created a chain reaction that cause all of the luxons to leave, giving us a victory when it started.

yeah it was a hoot, but we didn't get any faction because the score was 0-0.

Moral: Good intentions can often result in a greater harm-think things through

I was in RA on my touch ranger today.. after a couple of wins we face this team of a mesmer monks, ranger and a warrior I believe. It was looking really bad for us as we were all degenerating fast, a couple of us died and I was becoming useless cause I was slowed down and losing health fast!! my res sig used up and as I'm running after these damn mesmers like an idiot, the opposing warrior shouts "damn I own lol"

As soon as I heard that I thought.. well were probably going to lose this one but if I can just kill that guy I'd be really happy lol. So I went after him, blinded him and just destroyed him so fast. He didn't know what hit him and we end up winning the match and on to a 10 game victory spree! Always fun to kill someone that's talkin crap. I can only imagine how dumb he felt cause he sure didn't say anything after that.

Eun Jong comin to my guild hall

When me and another warrior run up to a monk, and the second we reach him he puts amity on us. In chat he types "noobs" A couple seconds later, we find out at his only other defense is ealing breeze, which didnt do much against me and my fellow warrior beating his ass. "noob"

Beating Bongo with an unranked Iway pug, against his rank 6+ iway pug while he calims he would never play iway. I hate him.

Joining a guild that had never GvGed before, and getting matched up against I Guild I in our first match
